I am really sad and I regret opening 1life funeral policy .the funeral policy is again refusing to pay up.my cousin is been laying in the funeral parlour fr 15 days now and they is still say they going review my claim . Had to cancel again for the funeral.where is dignity ,humanity, as the family we feel embarrassed to humiliated because the funeral is cancelled again.i wouldn't recommend 1life to anyone they are full of lies and empty promises false advertising
