The worst service ever from Freddie Line, Sydney Mpumelelo, Letima Nompumelelo and Denvor Pillay.
The above mentioned Consultants are very bad at their job as they all think they are Qualified Doctors and THEY will decide when you are Diagnosed with a Permanent Disability as they are " Doctors " they don't care what the Qualified Orthopedic Surgeons says they are the LAW at 1Life.
Don't try asking to speak to a manager as it will cost you lost of time and money waiting for them to put you through, they always have a excuse why they are not available and no Manager to help with any problems.
Freddie Line is the WORST consultant ever never listens to what the client has to say and if you try speaking he will just talk over you as he is the LAW at 1Life.
I gave consent for 1Life during my application stage to check any and all medical history to allow them to make an educated decision in providing me with Disability Cover.
When i was diagnosed i also got a second opinion at my own expense and provided them with both, still they claim i knew i had a disability and now refuses to pay out my policy.
I gave all the information and they had access to my medical history and they telling me i made an omission without giving me any proof.
I will not rest till i get justice from 1Life and its useless and dishonest consultants.

Yes you have been communicating with me to state that i omitted some details which i have not as Anton Keet believes i am a " Qualified Doctor " and should have known i had a disability before i consulted a Orthopaedic Surgeon.
I am very unhappy with the service i received from 1Life as they are looking for any excuse no to pay my claims.

I have been trying to get in contact with Mr Hillman and was provided with 1 from Anton Keet but it does not work, i want to report the ***** that is going on at 1Life to the boss.

It has been a very exciting day as I proofed that you do not know how radiology X-Rays work or how to read them yet my claim is still denied after that was the issue with my claim.
Now i am expected to use the long term ombudsman if I feel that you have made a mistake with i will not do, I will go as high in your Company as i can which i discovered is really big.
so in conclusion if the useless and *********** staff at 1Life cannot assist whoch they cant Please know that they are owned by TELESURE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS.
