1Life refusing to honor a valid claim.

I submitted a claim in October only to be told my condition is not covered when in fact it is. They're now giving me run around when I requested a copy of the underwriting recording , saying it got lost during COVID-19. How absurd is their excuse. Will give them one more day before approaching the ombudsman.
