1life refused to refund my money

Good day I have a problem with 1life funeral policy I took their policy end October unfortunately I lost my job and when they tried to debit there was no money in my account so someone from their call centre called asking about my premium I told them that I'm no longer working they must cancel my policy,only to discover on the 31 Jan 2023 they didn't cancel they deducted R252 on my account and when I tried to reverse it on the app I couldn't I called them they told me that it was not cancelled and cannot give me my money back,they can't do anything about it when I asked the lady Nontlantla why are they doing this to us she just went quite...I'm so dissatisfied with how they do things, because I don't owe them anything for them to take my money and refuse to send it back when I ask them to
