1Life refuse to pay funeral policy

So, 1Life is refusing to pay up on the funeral cover. Apperantly, my mother is 1 Month behind (December 2021) but January & Feb 2022 are already duducted.

Since 2019 premiums are debited when we need them the MOST, 1Life is gone with the wind.
