1Life Refund Problems

My aunty, a pesioner, incorrectly EFT'd 1Life instead of Pulse via her Capitec App in March. After jumping through hoop after hoop to have a refund done she still has not received her money. This, as we would later find out is a common problem. A number of people have made this mistake and are waiting for 1Life to refund the money, they need, but we cannot even get a clear or direct response as to when this refund will be complete. 1Life should really be ashamed.
