1life quick to cancel a policy without following a proper procedure

I’ve been a member of 1life funeral cover since 2015, around December 2022 they did not debit my account and again in January I had to go and pay at pick n pay.

Sadly the December payment was a 3rd time or 3rd payment that was missed. I never received a warning or any call that advised me to pay up my policy was cancelled and during this time an unfortunate situation happened and I had to claim and 1life is not coming up with a solution.
