1LIFE = POOREST SERVICE AND BIG FAT *****

I am very angry with 1life, i have a policy with them everything was done over the phone with Helen,i asked her to then send me a copy of my contract and all necessary documents,she agreed.i waited 2 weeks she never sent any, i contacted them via email about 6 times all my mails were ignored. I phoned them a consultant said will call me back,never did. i phoned them again on the 14th may,a guy called simphiwe mthimkhulu said will assist me, well he did the same thing never received my contract. i signed up for their cell phone service,and to my surprise,they said my number is not linked to their service meaning i do not have a contract with them,and they are debiting from my account.
