1Life poor self service

How am I suppose to pay my policy if I cannot access the payat portal!!? When I submit or put my account number in it keep telling me invalid It not my problem if I cannot pay my account if I can't access the portal. Your whatspp is useless as well cos I NEVER get a reply from there 😠😡
