1Life POOR & BAD SERVICE, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I am not a happy client at the moment, 1 life does not care about their clients nor do they take their clients interests at heart.

I've been trying several times to speak to a senior 1 Life resolutions manager Linda Maseko with regards to a decision taken by her colleague Chandre Judas which i feel is an unfair decision because my interests were not considered. a formal complaint regarding a claim was submitted on the 10th of September 2020.

can someone with senior position kindly get back to me as this will lead to my policy being cancelled and also letting people know how 1 life and its employees do not really care about their clients.
