1life policy/covers are hiring ******

2 unknown guys came to my home and found my mom and signed my mom policy under 1life cover on false presences saying they want to give her food discounts and even took her identity number, photos of her without her permission. Now she received an sms saying they will deduct money from her elderly grant. I'm furious as we called them but they keep on asking her identity then transfer calls to other people who were also useless in resolving this issue. I'm very agree and willing to take this to all public platforms and social media so these ****** can be found and held accountable.
