1Life playing games and delaying my refund

I write a review last Friday. They promised to investigate and refund me. It’s taking way too long for such a simple process. They took my money and had I died, they wouldn’t have paid up. They had no issues taking my money until their consultant told me, by the grace of God. It was on their system. Why do they need so much time. It’s second week now. I send the ‘investigator’ an email early this morning. I guess she doesn’t think I deserve a quick response
