1Life Playing ****** on my LifeCover while I am still alive

On the 17th July 2018 I wrote the letter below because I want to get all books in order and to my shocking surprise 1Life has not even bothered to respond today being the 23rd July , only because I want an updated policy document.

If this is how they conduct anything not related to sales , how much more when I have passed on ? In fact if I do not receive any communication ,you can expect my call to cancel this policy . I refuse to give my money to ******!!

In October 2017 I took out a life cover and as part of the life cover terms I needed to complete the HIV tests. which I did in December 2017.

Since then I have never received any communication to state if the results were received or not or an updated policy letter which now states that the tests were done (considering the initial letter states that no tests were done.

Kindly provide me with an updated letter which shows that the test was done."
