My late mother had a life policy with them, getting hold of them was easy to receive the documents to complete. Once the documents were completed, we received a letter to stayed it was approved. Now that it is time to payout the policy there is always new issues, every time the payment will run and every time it is a lie!!!! More than a month and nothing... Please do not take out a policy with them cause your loved one are going to struggle to receive any thing.
