1life multiple debit orders in a month

It's funny how they call you million times to recruit you but when you have complain they don't call you. 1 life has been debiting my account twice for past three month. I took all right channels to complain and nothing is being done. This month same thing is happening. Once you give them access to your account they do as they please. No more!
