1Life has sold me a policy of R1M before signing up then when I was phoned again to finalize the policy I was told it is R250K then I said I don't want the policy, I won't continue. Now they have been Debiting for the last 5/6 months. I tried to contact to cancel with no luck even their WhatsApp keeps on repeating the same thing but never takes me to a Consultant to talk to. My bank cannot reverse or cancel. I do not want this **** policy and I want my premiums refunded.
