I transferred money to a Capitec client on the 4th December 2024 using Capitec app the money went straight to 1Life loans . Capitec said 1Life is aware of this problem and 1Life will refund me.I emailed 1Life there's no response I emailed to *** issue is an inconvenience to me as a loyal customer to Capitec .
