My 3rd complaint to 1life.

Again received an unapologetic call and promise from Elvis Baloyi. He called on Friday and promised to call back with feedback and as usual never did.

I swear that 1life is a family business because you always speak to the same person.

Same **** story with them on a different day.

Unprofessional!!!!!
