1life is a ****. Don't answer their calls. That's why they use celebrities for their adds to attract people as if they are the best

This company I enquired about a quote for life cover in 2022 since then they have been debiting my account as the sales guy told me has to take in all my details including banking details so that when I go with them there's no hussle. Next thing they kept debiting my account without my approval kept sending them emails and ignored them and kept reversing their debit orders until now they decided to lock the debit orders not to be reversed. This is the worst company they are ****s. When I called to dispute this I was told the matter will be investigated and I will get their call it's 3years now with a loosing fight. If anyone knows the ambudsman they report to please send me their details
