1Life funeral policies is no insurance but a **** that wounds family more during the time of grief.

My aunt had been paying premiums nicely over the years, now when she wants claim, apparently the death of her child is not like of other claims, her claim will take indefinite time to be completed.

She has been going to 1Life offices since the 09th of October, being send back for new requirements every day, Wednesday the 11th they conformed to have everything but we must just now wait unknown time for the payment of claim????? What happened to your 24 hour tat??

Family is supposed to be heading to Eastern Cape today for burial but 1Life is sitting on their fancy offices preparing for customer service week preparations.
