1life is *****, I have been ***** by 1life twice, at first, I took their policy and asked for the agreement in writing to go through before I sign they never sent the documents and suddenly started deducting, and now I thought I'm was gonna let it slide and try with them again, we had an agreement with the agent to deduct end of June, they boom they tried deducting end of June, I called them and told them I'm done I'm canceling, the canceling line rings forever no one answers and they deduct on the 3rd of August and I tell them I want my money they say no refund, I am so not happy, 1life is *****.
