1LIFE INSURANCE NIGHTMARE

I have had my life cover policy with 1life for over 10 years. My cover have increased over the years to about 2mil. On this dark cloud day someone from 1life called as usual offering a higher cover and since the topup amount was manageable I agreed. A month or two after that someone called and said that person made a mistake on the calculations and wanted me to pay more. I said no rather I keep my initial cover. The worst nightmare is that my 2mil cover was reduced to R500 000 because of some story of not doing the aids test on time but eventually did, long story. They now want me to pay double the amount to get my initial cover. What a ****. I am now older and to get to my 2mil cover it will cost me more but they just don't care. I am very hurt by all this and need to seek legal help.
