My mother took funeral cover with 1life and has been battling to cancel it for the past 3 months. they have been giving her a round and continuing to debit her account even after she has said she no longer wants the cover. On 20 November 2023, She called and spoke with a lady named Nompumelelo Mbelu who claimed to be working in their Fourways offices , She told my mother the cover needs to be cancelled with broker even though they are the ones debiting her account every month. 1 life is *********** a pensioner with no shame.
