1Life insurance are nothing but a bunch of *******!!

I'd like to report 1Life insurance for *****ing from me. I had a life insurance with this company. I remember clearly stating that I wanted insurance for pure life and not accidental death cover. A few months later, I realized that I've been insured for accidental death and not pure life. I then called them, demanded an explanation for this, and I was told that because of the information that I had disclosed regarding health, the company took a decision on my behalf that I should be insured for accidental death and not pure life. I then asked what gave them the audacity to deduct my money from my account for something I did not sign up for. The consultant then told me that she had requested a recording of the initial conversation that led me signing up with the insurance company and she'd call in a couple of days. I then told her that I would come to their office and listen to it together with whoever was assigned to my case but she insisted that there was no need for me to come, as the recording would be sent to me. She then called me a few days later, telling me that according to the recording, somehow my grammar "made" the consultant to believe that I wanted to be insured for accidental death, not pure life. My question to her was that if she is telling me that my money will not be reimbursed based on assumption, and why would I take life insurance that's only going to pay out if my death is accidental and not insured for life. Why would anyone do such a stupid thing? I then demanded to get the recording and she assured me that I would receive it in a couple of days via post.
