1life insurance

I'm currently disappointed with the service I received with 1 of the 1life insurance consultants. Around second week of January 2023 I was doing my shopping around mams mall pta I was approached by one of the consultants saying "I don't have to join the insurance "just that I have to hear what he says inorder of his supervisor to see that he's working. Ok so I went then he then explained the insurance to and the benefits but I said no I've already got an insurance with my bank which is capitec and avob so there's no need for me to have another one. He then said no you don't have to join but it will look like I'm signing you an application but monthly they won't debit anything in your account. Fast forward he then asked for my documents and account number etc. Which I gave him thinking they won't debit.so on the 28feb 2023 I deposited R400 into my account to for another funeral cover to debit but 1life insurance debited I then wrote them an email regarding the debit demanding a reverse the amount back into my account . I then called 1life insurance then the guy immediately said I should write an affidavit and attach it with my bank statement cause on his site there's nothing he can do. Later that morning 1life called me and i explained what really happened ,And asked for a refund the lady said what she can do is cancel the debit order but they can't refund me my money. Their consultants force us whenever we say we don't want life insurances.
