Absolute disgusting service received. an entire week later after the death of my father i have been trying to submit a claim, which they said would be an easy process. i had the consultant speak to both me and my mother to discuss the process and sent the documents to the email address given and listed on the website. 7 days later i am still waiting for a response/reply from them on this matter. i have contacted them on twitter as well and they are quick to respond there but with no resolution whatsoever except that someone will contact me which means nothing still as the claim process does not get started over a call.
