1life has failed me dismally

Im so highly disgusted by 1life, i have a funeral policy with them , in August 1 of my brothers died and i sent through my claim they took me from pillar to post until they paid week after the funeral ,this was their reasons "finger prints for the deceased are not clear" should i dig the grave and get the clear prints?

2 months after which was last week to be exact another brother of mine passes away , i sent the claim again ,they refuse to pay telling me they still investigating then on the 7th which was Tuesday they send me email regarding the outcome of their investigation which they approved the payment,they later recalled that outcome saying im gonna have to wait for 14 working days for results,,2 of the funerals 1life has never assisted ,,,im angry and ****ed I regret the day i joined this ****.
