1life has disappointed me

My father had a funeral policy and a life cover,unfortunately my dad passed away, for the funeral payout the process was so smooth, for the life cover I sent out all documents required and they said the assessor will get back to me in 10 working days It has been way more than than that and there’s no feedback I’d call in and the response I’d get is they are still processing your documents, they will get back to you till this day no body has, emails there is so response

This is probably their way of ****ming people knowing that we will give up from their tedious long process, grieving for a loved one is difficult as it is, then we have to still deal with insurance companies taking advantage of us
