1life has a terrible service

We got a life cover and a funeral cover with one life, we were so very disappointed when we came to learn that our funeral policy had been canceled. Mind you we only founfmd when we called them to ask why the our details are not yet update as we called in early January. We never received an sms or email telling or warning us that the policy is not paid... Its long story but im not happy at beause we lost a policy that we been paying for long time, i wouldn't recommend 1life to a friend or family
