1LIFE HARASSMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I decided yesterday to update and take out funeral cover with 1life. I have my Life Cover policy with them for more than 2 years, and I have been a client of theirs on and off for number of years.

Ofcourse, as time goes by, things change and so does technology, to make things simpler for us plebs. A lot of companies have given us endusers to purchase procucts online, and this includes insurance products. Thus supposed to make your life easier, so you won't have to speak to a call centre agent.

But to day, has become beyond the joke. I have received 29 calls and this not coundting the additional 3 calls, make that 4 calls whilst tyoing this review.

I have been repremanded at my workplace now, and this could result in me getting a written warning for attending to personal calls during work ours.

I am not happy at all.

I have spoken to one of the sales managers, I have lodged a complaint with Corne Van Zyl in you complaints department, and the calls just won't stop.....

I feel like pulling out my hair and this will definitely cause me to cancel my policies with 1life, which I dont want to do, because of money that I would have then wasted over the last couple of years.

And again, 3 additional calls received.
