1life funeral insurer not paying out claim

1life funeral insurance is a a service provider that I will NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to use them. All relevant documents have been emailed to *** but 1 week later still no claim has been paid.. Each person says documents has not been received but I have all automated responses from *** that emails has been received and consultant will be in contact within 24 working hours. I have even sent an email to *** but still no one can tell us what's happening. Only excuse they give is issue has been transferred to claims department. I have been sending countless Facebook messages to their social platform regarding this issue.

Please don't ever take out any policy with 1life. They will lie and say no documents received even tho you email countless times to the same email address and even some consultants email addresses. Very poor service from 1life. Still waiting almost 2 weeks for valid claim to be processed and pay out.

I have all emails as proof aswel as all Facebook messages as proof that myself have been in contact with 1life on behalf of my father with regards to this claim that 1life don't want to pay out. Who is monitoring the emails for their *** email address to process claims that's been emailed. No one can give me that answer.
