1life funeral cover has disappointed me when I needed them.

My father was in an accident and died on the scene on 10/07/24, then a day later I call 1life because I had a policy with them they check my policy and everything was up to date and I had passed my waiting period. So then required all necessary documents to process a claim including police report becauseit was a car accident, So I send all documents death certificate, Bi and the police report by the 15/07/24 all required documents were send to 1life, 16/07/24 got a call from 1life that my policy is under review I must wait 14 days and family had already planned to bury Saturday 20/07/24 .I am still wait for 1life . I was never given a reason why the policy was under review. I am very disappointed with 1life as for they market themselves that they will payout within 24 hours.. I am waiting is 7 days today.
