1life funeral cover. Bad bad bad bad bad bad useless company.

I have submitted a claim form on the 15 July at 12h00, Policy ***. Till today have not received any response from the above company or claim department. They say like their CEO last year they have a robotic program that checks the forms ones you submit and if all is in order claim will be paid out in 3 minute, if anything is wrong they will call. Second claims will be paid out in 24 hours and if anything is outstanding they will call. Number 3 they will pay out in 48 hours after receiving claim form, if anything is wrong or outstanding they will call. So on all 3 processes, no one called. I have asked all that i know to stop their policy with this useless word of a company that has no morral's at all. Im so unhappy with this company cant even express my feelings. Paper good but when it comes to communication they are bad. I called to their offices they are so unprofessional, just want to end the conversation the way they speak. Please people cancel your policy with this useless word of a company.
