I received a call and a whatsapp on 9 November 2023 to ask when I would like to reinstate my policy without paying arrears. I chose 1 January 2024, it is 2 February 2024 and still I've received no communication no nothing from 1Life about the reinstatement. 1Life don't practise what they preach, but quick to let you know when you miss a payment.
