1life doesn't keep their word

I had insurance with this company before but closed and moved it, husband convinced me to go back, first month my premium goes out a month earlier than agreed. I'm so disappointed in the service, it shows no integrity in the salespeople, only out to get money in and don't care about the client's budget.

I was then called a few days after to confirm all my details were correct, I explained that we agreed that my first premium would go off end of Nov, she was supposed to come back to me the following morning, I'm still waiting.

I didn't plan for this month, buy hey they don't care. I should have remembered why I left them before.
