1life customer services are pathetic

Due to personal reasons I had to cancel my insurance with 1life. I started off by emailing them to notify them about cancelling. This was in last year and after numerous emails to them with one response to say that they had sent the request to the cancellation dept. Have never received any response from that dept and no forms sent to me to sign. Again I send email after email. When I sent an email stating that I will take this to social media someone finally responded asking for my information and contact number. To which I rep**** and someone phoned me but I was busy driving so asked them to phone me back at a certain time. I am still waiting for that return call and again my emails are being ignored. I am a pensioner with limited finances so am unable to phone them.
