1LIFE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

1life really is the pits when it comes to customer service. They don't have banking details, they only do debit orders. I have contacted them 100 times explaining that I am unemploywd and that obviously no money is going into my account. I would then prefer paying my policy instore. They don't send me the pay link so how am I suppose to pay for the policy. They're very quick to send msgs to say debit order failed. They're not very accommodating. Why must I ask for the link everytime when that was the arrangement that was made. They also don't respond to their whatsapp messages.
