1Life Consultant Service

<p>Yesterday i dealt with a 1Life Funeral policy consultant Simphiwe Nyathi, who was very patient and informative about the plan i desired to protect my family. Whoever is responsible for training service consultants at 1Life, they are doing an excellent job. Clearly, Simphiwe was paying attention during training and he seemed to have the right type of personality to deal with clients, in particular, new clients and that is beneficial to the business expansion of of 1Life Funeral. The only quam i had, was the slow response of their systems which required spending more time on the phone than necessary, hence the 4-star rating, instead of full rating.</p>
