1life collecting premiums for the deceased

my father took a funeral cover for his brother in 2020. Happen that the brother passes away in december the 5th since the we been trying to put a claim.we have reach thier offices telephonically but we have not been help.The worst part they continue with the premium debit for the deceased.Am disappointed in the way 1life oparates its business
