1life claims is disgusting they don't care at all

The worst experience ever. I've sent this through to escalate my complaint still no feedback regarding my bad experience. Please be careful when claiming from 1life u will go through the most. Waiting 6 months and still nothing and bonine carry they very chilled and relaxed with serious matters they have no urgency.

I'm really getting frustrated with the bull**** service I'm getting from 1life claims. We get harassed to take out policies eventually when it's approved and you paying it for years when it's time to use your funds it's like you asking for a favor. 1life deals with life and death situations but yet there's no sense of ****en urgency. I gave my claim in in April 2024 it's August 2024 and I'm not seeing any light. I have to use this money to pay doctors, I need medicine my disease is escalated cause I can't pay for treatment, I stay sick and it's a problem at work the same work I need to pay my 1life premiums. Please note DREAD DISEASE being the operative word. MARY RENEKE please note you dealing with people's livelihoods this is not something you can ignore for weeks and be called all the time and not be available and not even respond to mails, make promises to give feedback but don't live up to it. A mere apology is not fixing your delays . Can this matter please be resolved today, so I know my way forward and not having my life depending on Mary
