What a disappointment again from 1life insurance,i personally went to their offices in midrand to submit my documents for the lost off income,i am unemployed due to retrenchment,why do insurance companies refused to pay out when you submit your claims, I Personally Spoke to Lucky/Prudence and i was told that Peggie will resolve my claim and Peggie Contact me to tell me that as off the month off May 2021 my insurance will pay my installment till the end off October 2021,i am tired off companies that are dishonest,quick to take your money every single month without fail,Know that you have to claim its a very difficult process, so how can we trust such insurance companies, i was to excited to give you a positive and a good rate sorry i was wrong, i am going to take this matter forward, and still put this all social media, enough is enough with insurance companies that think their can cell lies to us customers and still get away with it,i don't give up easily if this matter is not resolve within the next 2 days,Peggie you are dishonest and by calling me telling me that my claims is been resolved????i was excited thinking that i can relaxed now for the next 6 months wow how wrong i was????????????????????????????????????
