I am highly disappointed with the service of cancelation of insurance. When I took up the insurance I wasn't told that it is none refundable but because I cancel it they are refusing to give me back my number. Very disappointed as I want my back for the 2 months they took. No Bull**** excuses!

After being sold an insurance policy over the phone, I later decided to cancel it. However, when I called to request cancellation, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund.

The consultant's behavior during our call was also appalling. As soon as I expressed my desire to cancel the policy, they became dismissive and rude, barely allowing me to finish my sentences. This level of service is unacceptable.
Given the poor service and lack of transparency, I'm willing to escalate this matter further. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with 1Life Insurance and to carefully review the terms and conditions before signing up.
