1Life been taking me for a ride for 15 years

Hi I've been with life since 2008 every year from then on they've been increasing my premium only not the policy. I did all tests (HIV) they asked me to do. I send an email first email on 29 December 2020 and 1st April 2021 telling them not to increase the premium because for the past 12 years only my premium is been going up not the policy cover. I never received an email from 1Life asking if I want the premium to go up so I could tell no but they've deducted their new increase without my consent 31 March 2023. I want to cancel without losing my money or change to investment because all they've been doing for the past 15 years till now is looking out for their own interest, inflation is ONLY been affecting them not me. Ever since I opened the policy in 2008 premium is increased the policy cover stayed the same after I went for medicals as they asked me to makes me boil.
