1life bad service towards me.
I have sent a claim with all the required documents 4days ago and I kifemhave not responded. I even went further to call them and even ran out of airtime saying they will call me till this day they have not responded. I am v3ry angry because now the corpse have been in the mortuary for more than 5 days now and worse I have to pay for that mortuary daily. Please expose their bad service.

Imagine only R 10 000 of cover they can't even Sent it within 6 days. Very disappointing, you asked me to change an email and I did now you stil continue with your nonsense. I am seriously discussed by the treatment and how they have belittled me. I am even out of solution to have am I going to bury my cousin. I wish I was not stupid enough to trust a company that does not even have a branch within my 5km radius. This is utterly nonsense. I will never let you go I am definitely taking you don't for this
