1Life are ****mers

I cancelled my policy with 1Life and received confirmation that it was successfully cancelled. However, money was still deducted from my account afterwards. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but my emails are being ignored. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance regarding this matter. I guess it’s because they know that the bank is not able to reverse the money.
