1life and it’s sales representative are ****

I’m writing this review with the great dissatisfaction from what my family and grandparents endured in the month of February caused by your sales representative whom portrayed to be giving my grandparents some briefing about the products that the 1life has only to found out that they were filling/ making the application about a product my grandparents had no idea of and eventually it did deduct… my grandparents never signed anything nor choose a product “they want from 1life” we would like to cancel the product and get the refund for the premium deduct for both my grandparents
