I had the pleasure of speaking to a 1Life consultant/Agent by the name of Emmauel Subriya. In my 18 years of being in the customer service industry, i was very impressed with this gentleman. He was very well spoken and professional. he was patient with all of the questions i was asking about the product and very well informed. Although i didn't the product as i have one with similar benefits, he still remained so kind and maintained his professionalism. Because of that, i ended up recommending the very same product to my husband and In-laws.
