1life a ****

I had a policy with 1life for mom and currently for my dad. My mom passed away in 2016 and I remembered the policy which I have taken some years ago. When I claimed 1 life took forever and came up with a all lot of excuses not to pay, they made every excuse in the book. They showed no respect to my mom. They also made me look like an idiot, when I asked about my dads policy, they simply said that if my dad falls sick for ex with the flu and does not pass on the policy will not pay because after taking the policy you cannot fall ill. I'm still currently paying for my dad and the lady said to change it to a funeral plan and I was so gullible because I have been paying constantly without missing a payment just so that I don't lose out. Currently they still don't want to pay me out although my mom passed on with natural causes. I seriously had enough of 1 life and want all my money paid. They just **** people and show no respect.
