1Life a ****

I have been a policy holder for 1Life for over 4 years now, both Life and Funeral policy. I thought they were better than the other policies but I guess I was wrong. I just received an email stating that BOTH my policies has lapsed due to none payment of my premiums for the month of November and December 2018 yet they have been debiting from my account since the beginning of 2019 till April. How is possible that no correspondence has been made for my none payment Gosh you're debiting on monthly basis .

All of a sudden Im receiving calls that since my policies has lapsed , they can cancel all my none paid premiums and I will start afresh with the same policies . Is this a **** or what ,wait I have not claimed since I took thus policies what happens to all my premiums paid over the years...
