Most frustrated insurance company #1life My Name Maureen Ontong I have been dealing with Thabiso/happy, I have been in contact with 1 life regards my retrenchment in January 2021,I have submitted all documents required from them,1 life had to pay my car installments for 6 months whiles looking for a job, it's April already and I have been getting emails still to submit the same documents requested from them,my company filled in documents requested from 1 life,why is insurance company like that when it comes to payouts, its good taking money from us but when it comes to claims you just make life a living hell,I am so frustrated and sick of companies that take advantage of us, I will never advise anyone to take up any insurance with you,I will tell all my friends and family never to take any Insurance with 1life,I know you buying time for the 6 months to be over,this is my money that I payed every month without fail, so please if you can't short out my problem stop taking money from my account, I have advise your consultants that I will expose #1life
